In a moment of stillness, I reflect, meditate, pray – to recognize the spiritual nature, the true individuality of all that has life, and is life … reflecting the bountiful order of divine Being, the infinite I AM THAT I AM.
A question arises, “How can I best understand real being?”
The answer: By being within Love, living in Love, and through Love! And Love glorified!

“Clothed in his right Mind, man’s individuality is sinless, deathless, harmonious, eternal. His materiality, clad in a false mentality, wages feeble fight with his individuality, -- his physical senses with his spiritual senses. The latter moves in God’s grooves of Science: the former revolve in their own orbits, and must stand the friction of false selfhood until self-destroyed.”

Sweet are the uses of adversity;
Which, like the toad, ugly and venomous,
Wears yet a precious jewel in his head,
And this our life, exempt from public hount,
Finds tongues in trees, books in the running brook,
Sermons in stones, and good in everything.
I would not change it.

God fashions all things after His likeness. Life is reflected in existence, Truth in truthfulness. God in goodness, which imparts their own peace and permanence.

With wide-embracing love
Thy spirit animates eternal years,
Pervades and broods above,
Changes, sustains, dissolves, creates, and rears.
Every existence would exist in thee.
--poet and writer Emily Bronte--
“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life” (John 6:63). The Christ, the action of Spirit in consciousness, is above and beyond the limits of nonintelligent mental concepts (the fleshly mode of thinking). The Christ-activity governs in divine Science—in the spiritual realm, the whole of life—and we can say with the Psalmist, “Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law” (Ps. 119:18).
